Your morning cuppa has nothin’ on this electrifying smoothie! Get ready to feel ALIVE, Focused, and filled with ENERGY!!!
- 1 large whole Carrot, sliced
- 1 whole Persian Cucumber, sliced (or half an English Cucumber is cool, too)
- 1-2 cups Spinach or Kale or both combined
- 1 cup Pineapple slices
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1 inch Ginger Root, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup Raisins, or Cranberries, or Pitted Dates
- 1/2 tsp Moringa Powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1tsp to 1/2tbsp Grade B Maple Syrup OR Raw Honey
- Juice from 1/2 a large Lemon
- 10 ounces of Water
Toss everything into a blender and blend on high speed for about 45 to 60 seconds. Pour in a chilled glass or add a couple ice cubes. The end result should have a yummy, veggie flavor with a tiny kick and a bit of sweetness. Enjoy for lunch and dinner if you wish.
