Don’t leave your organs out this St. Paddy’s Day!
Drink this delicious, bright, green smoothie and enjoy the festivities from the inside out!
Grab your blender and toss in:
– 1 ripe banana
– 8oz rice, almond, or hemp milk -whatever you like OR split the “milk” with water
– 2 cups chopped organic kale (push kale down to the bottom of the blender so it’s guaranteed to mix well)
– 1T flax seed meal (optional)
– 1T honey or grade B maple syrup
– 1/2tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes to guarantee the kale is about 98% dissolved.
Pour into an ice chilled beer mug and CHEERS! to ya on this Healthy and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
